| Abstract | Innovation has increasingly emerged as a critical driver of economic competitiveness, organizational effectiveness, and social progress. However, contemporary global challenges such as climate change, social inequality, infrastructure gaps, and inclusive development require innovation that extends beyond isolated technological or managerial solutions. This research paper examines innovation at the intersection of engineering, management, and social impact from a multidisciplinary perspective. It explores how engineering capabilities, strategic management practices, and social impact objectives can be integrated to create sustainable, inclusive, and scalable innovations. Using a mixed-method research approach, the study analyzes multidisciplinary innovation models across sectors including infrastructure, healthcare, education, and sustainable enterprises. The findings indicate that innovations grounded in technical excellence, effective management, and social responsibility generate superior long-term value for organizations and society. The paper concludes that multidisciplinary collaboration and integrated governance frameworks are essential for translating innovation into meaningful social and economic impact. |
